You do not have to be our contracted customer to receive first class support for any of your IT related issues whether it be a small hardware problem i.e. Laptop screen damage, desktop hard drive error or a major Server failure.

How the process work?
1. You get in touch with us via telephone, email, web or mobile.
2. Let us know the nature of the issue, even if you are not sure, tell us as much as you can what is the problem you are having. In 90% of the cases, we will probably know the root cause of the issue.
3. We will request to either bring in your hardware i.e. Laptop/desktop or server to our office for a full diagnosis. If this is not possible, we can arrange a collection of your hardware (naturally collection & delivery fee will apply) however our diagnostic is completely FREE
4. After we have completed a diagnostics, we will be able to pin point the issue and provide you with a quotation.
5. Once you are happy with the cost involved, we will raise an invoice for payment and work will commence. We will also provide you with an estimated time of completion for the work.
All our engineer are British Computer Society registered professionals plus we are backed by product and liability insurance up to 2 million pounds by HISCOX.
